Breath of Fire IV is a traditional console role-playing game with an overhead, isometric viewpoint. The game's camera can be manually rotated by the player up to a full 360 degrees in some instances, though unlike Breath of Fire III it cannot be tilted up or down. The game environment is rendered in full 3D, while characters are presented as two-dimensional hand-drawn sprites. While moving about the world, players can interact with computer-controlled characters and objects, gain knowledge on the world around them, and gather clues on how to advance the story. Each playable character is given a special "field skill" that can be used to destroy obstacles or solve puzzles outside of battles, which occur randomly in hostile areas or dungeonsThe "Master System" from Breath of Fire III returns, allowing players to customize each character by having them apprentice under different masters found throughout the world. Under their guidance, these characters may gain new skills and special statistic increases by fulfilling certain tasks, such as participating in a certain number of battles, or finding specific items. The fishing mini-game common to the rest of the series also returns, along with the village-building Faerie Town feature from the previous title that allows players to construct a special village that opens new features

In Batman Vengeance, crime escalates in Gotham City as Batman finds himself the target of a conspiracy. After saving the life of Mary Flynn (Harley Quinn in disguise) Batman is lured to Gotham Bridge where he fights the Joker. After the duel, the Joker slips and hangs over Gotham River. Batman offers to lift him up, but the Joker surprises him with his electric joybuzzer and falls to his apparent death. Batman decides to play along until he knows what's going on. He's alerted to Gotham Industrial, which is under attack by Mr. Freeze who's looking for a man named Isaac Evers. Freeze was sent a publicity video of promethium supposedly by Evers (It was actually the Joker who sent it in order to stall Batman). After a chase in the Batplane, Evers explains what Freeze was holding and says he has a grant from the Wayne Foundation. Batman later fights Freeze, then goes to save Batgirl, who's under attack by a trench coat creature. After a Batmobile chase, the car crashes and they discover an apple (though the thug got away). At the Batcave, Batgirl discovers a plant inside the apple (similar to what she saw Mayor get from the trench coat). Batman discovers subtle links between Poison Ivy and Harley. After he defeats Poison Ivy, he heads to Funnibones Warehouse to collect from Harley for letting her walk the night the Joker seemingly died. She informs him of some activity at the Gasworks. He heads there and floods some pipes in order to stop some flammable toys from getting away. He then finds Isaac Evers, who only wanted to burn down Gotham Industrial but fails to convince Batman. He takes Evers outside, but is forced to go undercover after being framed for throwing a Batarang at Commissioner Gordon. Hunted by the police, Batman must discover who is behind these mysteries before Gotham City is destroyed. He heads to Funnibones only to discover the knife that the Joker was holding the night he fell. In the end Batman discovers that the Joker is not dead after all. His plan was to first underline the city with his flammable toys, then use his Joker Toxin mixed with Promethium and flood the city with the gas. Then, the toys were to emerge and ignite the city. The Joker tries to fend him off by using a heavy thug armed with explosives. Batman manages to shut down the gas flow and defeat the rocket thug in time to get on the Joker's blimp. After a brief fight, Batman deteriorates the gas and disables the auto-pilot. After Batman defeats the Joker, he destroys the blimp, and finally takes his archenemy back to Arkham Asylum. Commissioner Gordon calls Batman to apologize for the earlier SWAT chase as they found Harley's fingerprints on the batarang that hit him. As Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Harley and the Joker sit in Arkham Asylum, Batman jumps onto the gargoyle he was on at the start of the game.

The player begins the game as a newly created god, born from the prayers of a family. After saving the family's drowning son, the grateful family leads the player to their village. There, the player chooses a Creature. The plot advances as the player completes main "Gold Story Scrolls" and side "Silver Reward Scrolls" quests.The player discovers a massive Creature, who tells of a god known as Nemesis, his former master, who desires to destroy all other gods and reign supreme as the one true god. Nemesis becomes the principal antagonist in the game. The player is told of the Creed - an energy source with the ability to destroy gods. Nemesis then destroys his former Creature and attacks the player's village. A mysterious vortex opens that the player enters to escape Nemesis.The vortex transports the player onto a second island. The player is greeted by another god, Khazar, who sent the player the vortex and asks for the player's aid against another god Lethys, who is Nemesis' underling, in exchange for the resources to rebuild the player's village. However, Nemesis destroys Khazar and steals Khazar's piece of the Creed. Lethys then kidnaps the player's creature, taking it through a vortex to another land.In the third land, The Creature is being held in stasis by three magical pillars. The player must take over three villages to free the Creature. Then Lethys gives the player a piece of the Creed and opens a vortex to a land where another can be found.The player returns to the first land, which is now cursed by Nemesis - fireballs and lightning rain from the sky. The player must complete three quests to deactivate the curses. Finally, when a piece of the Creed is claimed by aiding a cursed village, Nemesis appears and invites the player to his realm.On the last island, Nemesis curses the player's Creature, causing him to slowly change alignments, shrink, and grow weaker. The player must take over villages to undo the curse and defeat Nemesis. When the final piece of the Creed is obtained, the player destroys Nemesis once and for all, leaving the player as the last remaining god in the world.

Back to the Future: The Game is a graphic adventure video game based on the Back to the Future film franchise. The game was developed by Telltale Games as part of a licensing deal with Universal Pictures. Bob Gale, co-creator, co-writer and co-producer of the film trilogy, assisted Telltale in writing the game's story, while both the original actors Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd have allowed the developers to use their likenesses in the game for the lead characters Marty McFly and Doc Brown, respectively. Lloyd also provides the voice for Doc, while new talent AJ LoCascio plays the role of Marty; Fox later appeared to voice two cameo roles in the final episode. The game is split up into five episodes available on multiple gaming platforms, the first episode released for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X on December 22, 2010. PlayStation 3 and iOS versions followed February 15, 2011. Episodes 2 through 5 were released throughout February to June 2011, with the final episode being released on June 23, 2011. Telltale will be publishing the series as retail products for the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii consoles
